good, but not great

This is OK... just... well... not great... it was... average actually. DBZ sounds are a no no, not only that but you did the super saiyan sound with luigi... again, a no no.

It's great but...

a few things, one you overused the teleporting WAAAAY to much, I was getting annoyed by the continues teleporting. Next, it was OK but it definitly needs some work.

Agreed with the teleport. After watching it back a few times I realised how irritating it is.
